been a hell of a day. i have never in my life seen my mawmaw anywhere near crying until today, when my niece noticed the ring mawmaw was wearing on a chain around her neck. gracie asked her what it was, and mawmaw showed it to her, and then gracie asked whose ring it was. when pop died, mawmaw took his wedding ring right there and hung it around her neck, and she has no plans to take it off....
